Job Role: Paralegal
A paralegal is a professional who works alongside attorneys and legal teams to assist with the research, preparation, and management of legal cases and documents. Conducting legal research and analysis to assist attorneys in the preparation of cases

A high school diploma or equivalent
A paralegal certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as political science or criminal justice)
A paralegal certification from an accredited program
Experience working in a legal setting
Strong research and analytical skills
Familiarity with legal software and technology.
