Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives for growth, profitability, and evaluate the overall performance or an entity.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all business processes are working efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage and supervise the work of department managers and other staff members
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Participate in the development of the company’s budget and financial plans
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
- Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in a related industry is preferred.
